    Lesson deletes and large uploads.

    • Traefik read timeout raised to 1h (compose dev/prod + k3s HelmChartConfig) so admin video uploads up to 200MB finish instead of 502ing.
    • Migration 0029 makes deleting a lesson (directly or via its chapter) cascade watch/quiz history and unlink dependent lessons.
    • Adds the Apollo cluster Helm overlay and k3s Traefik config (access logs, cross-namespace IngressRoutes, Prometheus port fix).
