fix: resolve TipTap v3 type errors in RichEditor

Browse Source 
- Cast editor.storage to any for tiptap-markdown's getMarkdown (untyped extension storage)
- Replace setContent(value, false) with setContent(value, { emitUpdate: false }) for TipTap v3 API
