Subject: [PATCH] fix(deploy): imagePullSecrets items must be objects ({name:
 ...}), not bare strings

Bare string items rendered an invalid Deployment spec (LocalObjectReference
is a struct) which made Argo CD's strategic-merge patch fail with
'cannot restore struct from: string' on both Deployments.
